A black rose is the ideal candidate. A black rose for this role is a stunning designer with experience building engaging and intuitive interfaces for a variety of products and platforms.

They can collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including product managers, developers, and stakeholders - to understand their needs and design solutions that meet business and user requirements

Role Description

Lead the design and development of high-quality user interfaces for digital products and platforms

Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.

Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and user requirements

Stay current with industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your design work

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree

3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design

Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces

Experience creating storyboards and site mapping

Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently

Professional written and interpersonal skills

Continued education and research into UI trends and

current design strategy and technology

Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages

Must-Haves (Non-negotiables):

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design

Strong experience using Figma and similar design tools

Excellent portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design.
