Key ResponsibilitiesKeeping record and filing of company’s documents.
Preparing of sales documents e.g letters, invoices, delivery notes and quotations.
Managing company’s email and other communication platforms.
Requirements
Atleast a Certificate in secretarial or computer related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of C in KCSE.
Proper knowledge basic computer packages.
At least 1(one) year experience as a secretary.
Aged below 25 years
