Duty Station : Head Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing clerical tasks such as sorting and sending of mails, dispatching of letters, files and documents;

Carrying out messengerial duties in and out of the office

Photocopying and scanning of documents

Preparation and serving of staff tea

Maintaining general office cleanliness and ensure that machines, equipment and apparatus are in areas of operation;

Keeping an inventory of general office supplies and ordering as needed

Maintenance of general cleanliness around the offices by ensuring that litter is collected and disposed of appropriately by the contracted service provider and ensure general proper sanitation;

Ensuring proper housekeeping and habitable office conditions;

Moving or carrying office equipment, furniture and ensuring orderly arrangement;

Any other duties as may be assigned

Job Specification

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade

D Plain or its equivalent qualification;

Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution; and

Certificate of good conduct from National Police Service.
