Commercial Graduate Association Terms of Reference (TOR) For Developing Strategic Plan for Commercial Graduate Association Jobs in Ethiopia

Objectives

The overall objective of this consultancy service is to develop, provide CGA with a clear vision and roadmap and publish the five years (2020- 2024) strategic plan to ensure that Commercial Graduate Association fulfils its mandate

The strategic plan development will assess the progress of CGA, identify the achievements and challenges, Conduct SWOT PEST and other relevant analysis Sustainability plan; including proposals for effective financial and human resource strategies.

Spelt out on the use of current resources and exploring it resource over strategic planning period

Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications

Master's degree or B.A Degree in Project planning and Management, Economics, Development
Economics, Management, Business Administration, public policy, development studies and
other related field of studies

Experience, Skills and Competencies

For Master's degree Minimum of 8 years of experience and for B.A Degree 10 years of
experience in strategic plan preparation; experience in organizational, change management an advantage and strategic planning and management consultancy

Highly motivated and committed to the values of CGA;

Fluency in English (written and spoken);

Demonstrated experience in working with government partners and other stakeholders in public sector development programs especially in the area of capacity

Ability to work with minimal supervision;

Must be result-oriented, a team player, exhibiting high levels of enthusiasm, tact, and integrity;

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and professional skills

Evidence of having undertaken similar assignments;

Required

documents and competency of the consulting firm should meet the following
points:

Renewed business license for the current Ethiopian year.

Copy of consultancy service license,
Copy of TIN (Tax Identification Number), VAT registration certificates

Letter of support from similar organization to whom the strategic plan was developed (for those attaching support letter-Experience with similar study is highly appreciated)

N. B

there will be validation workshop discussion with draft Strategic Plan Report.

CGA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids thereof.

All bids must be submitted within the next 10 working days, effective after the announcement date of this bid.

The Bid document will be closed at 10th day of 5.30 pm and opened in on 11th day @2.30 pm in CGA Conference Hall. If there is any change on the opening date of the document
Bidders will be informed.
