Job Advert: Male Receptionist

Colour Labels Limited which commenced its operations in the printing and packaging industry in the year 1979 and being in operations for more than 40 years strives to be the leading supplier of high-quality printing and packaging products through improved innovation and diversification with the aim to provide a greater product offering is looking for a qualified Male to fill position of Receptionist.

The role will be based in our HQ in Nairobi Industrial area Nanyuki Road.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive and welcome all visitors to the Company
  • Schedule appointments with Managers and Directors
  • Facilitate efficient participant flow within the Company
  • Receive all external and internal calls to the reception.
  • Receive parcels and direct them to respective staff and departments
  • Write regular reports on the visitors to the company flow and appointments
  • Maintain visitors and customers schedule database
  • Ensure visitors are refreshed and comfortable as they wait.
  • Observe participants’ and visitors’ traffic within the Company and capture in a report daily
  • Receive all parcels delivered at the reception, track and disburse appropriately
  • Maintain the visitors all registers, diaries, and appointment cards, ensuring confidentiality and safe storage of these documents
  • Updating customer feedback database on weekly basis
  • Communicate well with all visitors at the reception including suppliers and channel all issues
    raised appropriately
  • Liaise with the Directors and maintain their diaries


    Required Qualifications, Qualities and Experience:
  • Minimum diploma in Front Office Administration or any other business management related courses
  • Excellent knowledge and extensive experience in computer applications, MS word, Excel, and access
  • At least two (2) years receptionist experience
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be a good communicator, good listener, patient, proactive and with vast knowledge in public relation
  • Excellent social and public relations skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Data entry skills
  • Ability to follow instructions, good listener, honest and attention to detail
  • Fair Knowledge and experience in finance and budgets
