College Administrator Job in Nairobi, Kenya

We are looking to recruit a College Administrator for our client, a Business College, in Nairobi.


Position Overview: Reporting to the Director, the position will ensure delivery of College programs and acquisition of learners.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of the Colleges vision, mission, plans, policies, educational programs, and activities.
  • Coordinate the Colleges academic team ensuring delivery of high quality education delivery.
  • Coordinate the College’s marketing activities by supervising the marketing team and ensuring learner registration targets are met.
  • Lecture business related-courses.
  • Facilitate required support to foster teaching, learning and student support.
  • Coordinate staff and students’ appointment, assignment, grading, appraisal, discipline, and good conduct, within set frameworks.
  • Promote communication, team work and high professional standards by both staff and students.
  • Promote inclusive and student-centered learning environment.


    Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelors degree in a business-related field
  • Relevant administration and lecturing experience in a College
  • Knowledge of principles governing higher education
  • Business acumen
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Strong leadership ability
