Qualifications

A minimum of c+ in Math

A minimum of c+ in English

A minimum of c+ in overall grade

A Degree/Diploma holder

At-least one year experience in collection & recovery.

Duties

Review all relevant reports in respect of the allocated portfolio of accounts and take appropriate action in line with guidelines.

Support other recoveries team to achieve own objectives.

Ensure proper documentation of any issues/actions relating to accounts within own portfolio.

perform any other duties that may be allocated by my team leader from time to time.
