    Key Purpose Statement
  • The role of stores assistant is to effect timely issues and continuous inventory control.


    Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Daily and monthly stock take
  • Stock reconciliation
  • Receipt of inbound inventory
  • Issuing of outbound inventory
  • Observe internal controls
  • Accurate postings in the system - NAV
  • Stalking of stock
  • Monitor stock out and replenishment
  • Filling of stores documents
  • Stock rotation
  • Monitor and control obsolescence
  • Observe GMP and KORE

    Skills, Experience & Education

    Qualification:
  • Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies or any Business Related course.


    Experience:
  • 3 – 4 years’ work experience.
