  • Health and Safety Maintainance.

  • Customer Service Maintenance.

  • Administration.

    Including:

  • Development and implementation of Materials Requirement Plan.

  • Management of materials control element of Procurement.

  • Management of the receiving process.

  • Systems Data Maintenance.

  • Management of inventory and service acquisition and control.

  • Daily administration.

  • Enforce and maintain housekeeping standards.

  • Customer service maintenance.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of Materials Requirement Plan.

  • Management of materials control element of Procurement.

  • Management of the receiving process. Systems Data Maintenance.

  • Management of inventory and service acquisition and control. Daily administration. Enforce and maintain housekeeping standards. Customer service maintenance.

    Skills, Experience & Education

  • National Diploma in Stores Management (BCom advantageous).

  • Minimum of 5years’ experience in stores and inventory management(Procurement experience advantageous).

  • Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience.

  • Advanced computer skills with experience in MS Office. SAP.

  • Basic business acumen. Strong communication skills.

  • Analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Customer service orientation
