Job Description

The successful candidates will undergo a 12-month accelerated development program designed to impart management, business knowledge and expertise in preparation for a management role within CCBA.

We are looking for MITs in the following Functions:

Manufacturing and

Sales & Marketing

Key Duties & Responsibilities

The primary focus of the Management Trainee is to maximize performance through:

Rotation across respective Functions & Departments

Mentoring sessions

Intense On-the-Job training programs

Leadership Development Programmes

Skills, Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering and Supply Chain

Experience; Minimum 5 years (2 years managerial experience)

Advanced MS skills

Valid driver’s License
