Job Description

The tasks carried out include:

As a software project implementation deputy section head, design new business practices for hospitality customers utilizing the CNET ERP software that drives efficiency and has a tangible impact on the customer’s operations.

Collaborate with the development team to architect new solutions within the software to satisfy customers’ business challenges.

Plan, organize, lead and control the implementation section task, human resource, projects, resources, etc.

Work with colleagues and managers to implement and proactively manage an ERP solution for our clients.

Understand clients' business processes and configure applications based on business needs and accepted best practices.

Provide implementation support to clients by leading customers through the implementation process,

communicating with those involved to ensure that implementation is completed and any issues are resolved so client can be successfully utilizing the product. Train users in system set up, administration and maintenance

Assure client satisfaction and successful implementation.

Identify and report software gaps (work closely with our development team and impact future features and functionality of our products)

Proof and analyze data conversions

Continuously evaluate implementation and training procedures and make improvements to facilitate the best possible customer experience. After implementation is complete, provide future training to clients.

Create user documentation when required

Job Requirements

Requirement: / Qualifications

BSc, in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering and related field of study

Experience:

Software Implementation: 5 years
Skills

You will need to have:

Computer application, Programming, Database, Networking,…

Problem-solving skills, A technical mind, An organized mind, Attention to detail, In-depth knowledge of computer systems, Enthusiasm, Good communication skills.

Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms.

Familiarity with ERP, manufacturing, accounting, marketing, supply chain, hospitality

Project Management

Additional Skill:

Experience in supply chain management or logistics.

Experience in Hospitality Industry.

Experience in ERP or business software implementation.

Experience working with a customer on business process improvement projects.

Superb communication, organization, and deductive reasoning skills.

Experience in team management

Computer literate, good communication skill.
