In India, CHAI has worked on various initiatives with the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) and has served over 350,000 people in the country, including children, mothers and caregivers since 2004. CHAI today supports myriad programs, both at the State and Central levels, across nutrition, child health, immunization, pneumonia/diarrhea, tuberculosis and HIV etc.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Lead and HR & Admin Officer in administrative tasks
Provide consistent communication to hiring teams and candidates on the position status, throughout the interviewing and hiring process
Identify and screen potential candidates to assess their abilities, and recommend qualified candidates based on phone interview and pre-employment assessment; proactively manage internal referrals
Contribute to outreach strategy, systems development and refining recruitment programs, tools and processes
Responsible for planning and arranging logistics for quarterly review meetings
Work with the Finance team in admin related work like ticket bookings, arranging cabs, booking accommodation for the team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree & a minimum of 2 years proven recruiting experience hiring for a wide range of positions
Ability to plan, implement and complete tasks independently and on time
Ability to negotiate and deal with vendors
Good interpersonal and communication skills and team orientation

Clinton Health Access Initiative NGO Accountant Jobs in Ethiopia
Responsibilities
Participate in all relevant administrative, financial and project related review and planning meetings (including preparation of project budgets)
Ensure appropriate office / project wise billing, preparation of invoices, and other administrative and financial documentation – in keeping with organizational policy and in consultation with Finance Lead, other administrative and financial team members, and relevant programmatic Staff members
Responsible for organizational and project related book keeping / accounting work, including recording of all financial transactions using accounting software
Process payments to partners, vendors and employees
Prepare monthly office / project specific financial reports. Assist with reconciliation of office specific books of accounts with overall accounts maintained by the Head Office.
Ensure that administrative and financial registers (like registers for attendance, leave records, Staff movement, personal vehicle use, incoming and outgoing correspondence, stocks and assets – including their labeling) are maintained properly
Assist the Finance Officer in all financial audit related activities
Qualifications
At least 5 years’ experience in independently handling financial and administrative accounting work with thorough knowledge of accounting software
Prior experience in working on Global fund project will be an advantage
Quality conscious and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A strong sense of proactivity to ensure efficient financial management
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize
Open to change and to develop and drive process forward

Responsibilities
Organize and conduct sensitization meetings, trainings, and dissemination meetings for all work streams, as appropriate
Assist NTP in the development of training materials and job aids for healthcare workers on new diagnostics and best practices for data utilization
Provide support to NTP to conduct site visits for monitoring and supervision
Where necessary and feasible, support protocol and guideline development

Support process to obtain IRB, conduct data collection, analyze data, and write reports

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related degree
2+ years’ experience in HIV, TB or other infectious diseases within a development context

Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and nurture relationships in a challenging multicultural environment
Ability to work on complex problems without extensive support, prioritize work requirements, and meet deadlines
Ability to manage a team

Responsibilities
Liaise directly with program teams and donors on financial matters.
Generate budgets for grant proposals (or re-budgeting of existing grants).
Work with the Global Program team to allocate and track funding.
Support the business relationship with care-partners.
Create tools and reports for budgeting and planning purposes.
Whenever possible, be an organization-wide resource for CHAI operations.
Qualifications
Advanced degree; Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Public Administration (MPA) preferred. Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of an Advanced degree.
4-6 years of prior experience in a related field (experience with an international non-profit/NGO is preferred)
Strong familiarity with financial systems, budgeting, accounting best-practices, expense recording and reporting
Strong quantitative skills and solid experience in financial modeling using advanced Excel features

Clinton Health Access Initiative NGO Technical Advisor – HPRS TIER Integration Jobs in Ethiopia
Responsibilities
Inform and help drive strategy development for the integration of TIER and HPRS health information systems in concert with teams supporting implementation of HPRS
Provide technical expertise and input into discourse around the interoperability of TIER and HPRS
Develop guidance materials, including SOPs, policies, and informational guides, that lay out defined frameworks and processes to manage day-to-day operationalization of the interoperability between HPRS and TIER
Support refinement and dissemination of guidance materials
Coordinate and manage engagements with the HPRS strategy and implementation team to ensure consistent, and well-informed, representation of TIER in all strategy and implementation discussions and documents
Coordinate, oversee, quality check, and inform HPRS TIER integration implementation activities along the health system cascade
Provide regular feedback to the National Implementation Team on the progress of TIER/HPRS integration
Conduct, and take part in, engagements with facilities to plan for and inform the strategy that will drive integration of HPRS and TIER
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in working with, implementing, and/or maintaining ART and/or TB M&E systems, notably TIER.Net, DHIS, and/or ETR.Net
Solid understanding of the national vision for various eHealth initiatives, particularly with respect to HPRS and the unique patient identifier
Credible understanding of the implementation of HPRS at the facility level
Demonstrated experience working within National Department of Health structures to drive change management and provide technical guidance on health information systems
Experience driving health information system initiatives in resource-limited and complicated operating environments
