A well established clinic in Nairobi. They are looking for a Receptionist to manage their front desk matters.

Clinic Receptionist Jobs in Nairobi - Kenya - Job Profile

Receiving all clinic calls relaying messages appropriately

In charge of booking all appointments and alerts

Rescheduling appointments as directed by the doctors

Receiving payments from patients when the Financial controller is away

In charge of Front office cleanliness

Acting on all incoming and outgoing email correspondence in a timely manner

Acting on messages and missed calls from patients

Welcoming patients and other visitors at the front desk

Check all emails, messages and calls and responds to them appropriately in a timely manner

Attending to patient queries and having such queries sorted by the relevant person

Distribution of daily appoint schedule to nurses and security desks

Understanding patient quotations and payment schedules whenever tasked to deal with patients

Regularly updating booking schedule

Training new staff on phone management

Ensuring proper phone management when clinic is closed to handle emergencies

Collecting feedback and sharing same with management

Reporting any maintenance issues and refreshment related updates for patient welfare

Serve patient/visitors refreshment in case the designate person is not available at the time
