Client Relationship Officer (Credit) Jobs in Kenya


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting new clients

  • Recruiting merchants-tills & pay bills

  • Selling plots

  • Issuing loans to clients

  • Managing OLB & PAR

  • Ensuring loan repayments are done on time

  • Creating awareness on company products

  • Ensuring site visits are running smoothly

  • Ensure confidentiality of company’s operations Identify new markets

  • Ensure set targets are met

  • Help by giving customers feedback.

  • Monitoring and examining competitors.

  • Make recommendations as to how customer feedback can best be used to support the business strategies.

  • Marketing and outreach.

  • Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.

  • Giving timely reports.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other business-related course from a recognized university.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales and marketing or customer service.

  • Flexible and resourceful; the ability to work in a fast-growing institution.

  • A thorough understanding of microfinance performance metrics/indicators and the ability to interpret and process operations data;

  • Customer Focused.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to develop staff.
