Job Details: We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to assume the role of Executive Assistant in the Chairman’s Office.
The Executive A Executive Assistant ssistant will report directly to the Chairman and will be responsible for the following:
• Managing all administrative functions.
• Supervising a small team of office staff including receptionist, drivers, cleaners and security staff.
• Preparing payroll inputs.
• Managing contractors, suppliers, debtors and creditors.
• Managing the Chairman’s diary.
• Managing travel arrangements.
• Any other duties as may be required.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• At least five years’ proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or Administration Manager.
• A degree or similar qualification.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
