Job Summary

Oversee the digital marketing strategy for CITAM Church Online. The position reports to the
CITAM Church Online Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Devote one hour or more to prayer and personal study of the word of God daily.

Management of all social media platforms for CITAM Church Online.

Generate weekly data analysis of CCO across all social media platforms.

Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the CITAM Church Online.

Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to CITAM Church Online.

Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.

Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

Managing the redesign of CITAM Church Online.

Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of CITAM Church Online.

Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.

Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

Review new technologies and keep CITAM Church Online at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Conduct regular trainings of CITAM Church Online Culture Influencers in current cutting
edge technology.

Work closely with Church Online Coordinator concerning programs layout or editing
approaches needed

to increase dramatic value of productions.

Any other responsibility as assigned by your Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Marketing (Digital Marketing, most preferred)

Qualified member of the CIM or equivalent.

Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmers.

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best
practice.

Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.

Minimum two (2) years previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.

Born again Christian, 25 – 35 years old
