Job Summary

To offer front office support to facilitate service delivery at HOPE Media

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Relations

  • Ensuring that workspace is fully operational and processes are running smoothly
  • Handling the reception and welcoming walk in clients.
  • Open and maintain FOH individual entries by ensuring all relevant account information is captured.
  • Resolve problems and enquiries and/or provide alternatives within set time frames
  • Recommend potential solutions to management by collecting and analyzing customer needs.
  • Generate leads for our Marketing team to follow up.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication and working towards and maintaining membership of 20,000 database.
  • Communicating to members and ensuring highest levels of members’ satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain periodic Customer Service Index.
  • Meet personal registration targets and churn targets.
  • General administration

    Maintain and execute customer relations platforms

  • HOPE FM / HOPE TV/ CITAM Assemblies, Diaspora, App
  • Social Media (FB/Instagram/Twitter)
  • Bulk SMS, Website, Email & email banners
  • Receiving mail and packages on behalf of the Members and forward to the individual
    Members
  • Design
    and produce FOH merchandise for the loyalty scheme
  • Coordinate and host external events (such as workshops, networking events, lunch and learns, etc.).

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Born again Christina with a Bachelors Degree Administration or Management.
  • Age limit 25 – 35 years old.

    Experience

  • 3 years of working as a Front Office Customer Relations Officer.
  • Computer packages proficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
