Duty and Responsibility:

Specific Responsibilities of the job position:

Manage overall import and export operations, including client relations.

Halde transportation (Trail and Truck) and customs operations

Handle logistics for both sea and air freight shipments.

Liaise with clients, transporters, shipping lines, and other relevant organizations.

Follow up and update clients and managers on the status of cargo.

Keep track of shipment delivery time, logistics costs, and efficiency.

Resolve any problems or customer complaints in relation to the shipments.

Plan and organize tasks to ensure timely delivery of operations.

Update customers about the status of their cargo on a regular basis.

Respond to client requests on a timely basis.

Record the data of finalized shipments report to the

manager and Finance

Provide timely and organized reports

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Arranging meetings with new clients and following up. The coordinator would be responsible for scheduling the meetings, sending out invitations, and following up with clients after the meetings to ensure that their needs are being met.

Representing the manager at times when the manager is not available. The coordinator would be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making decisions, and resolving problems when the manager is not available.

Responsible for handling any other related tasks that are assigned by the Manager. And expected to be flexible and adaptable, and to be able to take on new tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

Have at least University Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or other related disciplines.

Have 4 years of relevant work experience.

Have an excellent time management and communication skill

In-depth knowledge Customs clearing, Freight forwarding and Logistics Operations

The coordinator should be familiar with Customs laws, as well as the standards and procedures of transportation and shipping lines.
