Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security;

  • Must have experience in Hotel management;

  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, power, are well-maintained;

  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness;

  • Responsible for allocating and managing space between buildings;

  • Ensure that facilities meet government regulations on environmental, health and security standards

  • Advise the Company on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness;

  • Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishment;

  • Assist in any relocation projects as the need arises;

  • Prefered candidate is male;
