Purpose:

The jobholder shall be responsible for Management of Group General Ledger, Master data and Microsoft Dynamics (AX) system.

Primary Responsibilities

Maintenance of the accuracy and integrity of the general ledgers.

Reconciliation of General and Sub ledgers

Forex Maintenance & updates

Creation, Mapping and Integration of ledgers

Creation of new financial/fiscal year periods

Rollover and closure of monthly an-audited and year end audited balances

Creation & mapping of bank and other accounts

Maintenance & assigning user roles

Creation of new vendor groups and customer groups and profiles

Change of AX master details

Creation of vendors/customers

Person Specifications

Academic Qualifications

Degree in a relevant field

Professional Qualifications

CPA /ACCA Qualification

Experience

Up to two (2) years relevant experience

In-depth knowledge and understanding of the AX Dynamics processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and collections, General ledger, Budgeting, Cash & Bank, and Fixed assets.
