Currently we are searching for an Operations coordinator for Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes.
Manage the daily functions of the business.
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed.
Manage budget to align with goals of business.
Provide support to all business units including administrative, financial and human resource departments.
Ensure that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines.
Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance.
Perform budget allocation and expense management for all business operational activities.
Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations.
Ensure resource assignment, work allocation, training development and performance assessment are completed in timely manner.
Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems.
Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
Conduct regular meetings with staffs to discuss about operational updates, ideas and issues.
Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly.
Manage daily order fulfilment per mall by checking order completion, order backlog and order overflow in order implement the necessary operational changes to ensure better efficiencies.
Requirements of this Post:
Diploma /Degree.
Three to six years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong ability to multitask.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
