1 Machakos with local field travel to CHAP Uzima supported facilities in Lower Eastern

Qualification Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting

Minimum of 3 year experience

Professional qualification in CPA/ACCA will be an added advantage

Proven high integrity

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and consolidation of project budgets

Preparation of books of accounts and project reports

Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and bank agency

Timely generation of payments and cash flow projections

Maintenance of accounting records and documents for traceability

Reviewing of accounting reports from implementing member health units & consortium partners

Providing review feedback and continuous follow up

100% compliance with donor requirements

Qualification Requirements

Valid Driver’s Licence (Kenyan)

Minimum of 5 years driving experience

Good knowledge of Kenya Traffic Rules & Regulations

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Drive CHAK vehicles to pick or drop employees

Maintain high standard of service to both internal and external guests

Ensure safety of passegers and vehicle at all times

Log official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, etc.

Provide assistance as required by the office administrator

Deliver important documents to required destinations

Keep vehicles clean and well maintained at all times

Observe the road and traffic laws and regulations of the Government of Kenya

Maintain an up-to-date Vehicle Work Ticket at all time

Christian Health Association of Kenya Medical Officers (3) Vacancies

The Medical Officer will plan and perform day-to-day implementation of HIV Prevention Care and Treatment and TB Services

at supported health facilities

Location

Embu (Kyeni): Will have extensive travel to CHAP Uzima sites in Central and Upper Eastern

Naivasha: Will have extensive travel to CHAP Uzima sites in South Rift

Machakos: Will have extensive travel to CHAP Uzima sites in Lower Eastern

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Medicine (MBChB or equivalent)

Registration with Kenya Medical Practitioners & Dentists Board

At least 3 years’ clinical and programmatic experience in HIV management

Key responsibilities:

Planning and implementation of HIV Prevention Care and Treatment and TB services at supported health facilities

Participate in quality assurance/quality improvement of TB and HIV services at the facility level including TB Infection Prevention and Control interventions

Support Site Improvement and Monitoring Systems at facility level through onsite mentorship

Preparation of work plans and technical reports

Provide clinical leadership to the regional team and supported facilities

Assist in monitoring and evaluation of activities relating to HIV care

Participate in county and sub-county level HIV and TB technical working groups and serve as the liaison between CHAP Uzima and the county health teams.

Perform joint supervision of HIV care and treatment TB and HIV services with the county and sub-county health management teams

Minimum Requirements

Diploma in Clinical Medicine

At least 5 years’ clinical and programmatic experience in HIV management

Must be registered by the Clinical Officers Council

Key responsibilities:

Planning and implementation of HIV Prevention Care and Treatment and TB services at supported facilities

Provide on-going supervision and mentorship of TB and HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment Programs

Support mentorship of facility staff

Participate in quality assurance/quality improvement of TB and HIV programs

Assist in monitoring and evaluation

Preparation of work plans and technical reports papers

Participate in joint supervision of HIV care and treatment TB and HIV services with the county and sub-county health management teams
