Qualifications

We are looking for applicants with the qualifications below

  • MBChB

  • Must be registered with the relevant professional body/council

  • Must have a valid practicing License

  • A minimum of 3 years of progressively increasing responsibility in clinical patient care, with at least two years of experience in clinical work with emphasis on HIV treatment & management and Demonstrated experience managing Health unit or department.

  • Experience in Obstetrics is an added advantage

    Person Specifications

  • Technical proficiency in Clinical patient management and HIV care management and prevention

  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in HIV management,Health Service delivery and Health Systems Strengthening

  • Dynamic systems thinking, high taste for innovation, and continuous quality improvement

  • Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills.

  • Teachability is a must and he should be a great team player

  • Demonstrable leadership skills in working collaboratively with donors, other development partners
