Purpose of the Job:

Carry out skilled gardening and general garden maintenance work including trimming the hedges, removing weeds and trimming the grass. You will be responsible for the general

cleanliness of the management company offices and general areas such as security house, common paths (lanes/road).

Duties and Responsibilities

Install and maintain seasonal plants

Mow, trim and fertilize green spaces

Mulch, edge and weed gardens

Prune and trim trees and bushes

Maintain all gardening equipment and machinery, like mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers

Monitor and maintain the health of plants such as regular watering and weeding.

Deal with pest problems that could damage plants

Keep gardens and green spaces clear of debris and litter

Dusting, sweeping, and mopping office surfaces and washrooms.

Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)

Maintaining cleaning products and ordering new supplies when necessary

Taking out the management office and general areas garbage

Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as replacing displaced toilet seats, unclogging sinks

Conducting monthly disinfection and deep cleaning

Sweeping of the estate lanes and maintain common areas

Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or management
