Responsibilities
Work with CHAI vaccines team to support utilization of Chanjo at county and sub county level
Liaising with CHAI and NVIP, support logistical organization and planning for the CCEOP, Cold chain procurements, cold chain disposal and cold chain maintenance and repair
Improve regular communication and sharing of information (including issues data; challenges with Chanjo utilization) between NVIP and NVIP partners regarding commodity security at all levels of the supply chain
Track central and regional and sub county stock levels of all vaccines and alert to any potential stock shortfalls and actions
Be familiar with all relevant data systems, including DHIS and Chanjo and ensure access to systems for analysis
Coordinate with NVIP, County HMTs, Sub county HMTs, and other stakeholders to ensure sufficient vaccines are available at all levels
Provide technical assistance to vaccines and cold chain requirement quantification and forecasting activities
Monitor and build the supply chain management capacity of the County health management teams and sub county health management teams to ensure a full transition of key responsibilities
Regularly provide updates on central and sub county stock levels at all levels of all vaccines to national logistic Technical Working Group (logistic TWG)

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preference for Masters’ level)
3-5 years of work experience in a demanding results-driven environment
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Strong analytical skills with proficiency at Microsoft Excel
The ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and quickly demonstrate credibility
Strong communication skills – written and verbal, including proficiency at Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong process management skills, high level of organisation, and good attention to detail
Deep experience in programme management and project delivery, ability to work proactively within a context of ambiguity and to remain focused on impact
Proven track record working in challenging multi-stakeholder environments
First-hand experience of strategic capability building, with previous exposure to strategy work at organization level
Experience working with government institutions
Personal qualities including resourcefulness, entrepreneurialism, flexibility, independence, humility and strong work ethic.
Experience working on health related issues in resource-limited settings
Knowledge of health systems strengthening and/or global healthcare systems
