  • The Permagarden4all initiative is a 12-month project funded by the ISA Foundation. The project will seek to improve maternal and child health, and food security in 750 impoverished households in Kamuli District. The permagarden4all is a climate smart strategy that combines permaculture; an agricultural approach using design principles to utilize natural systems for production, and bio-intensive agriculture; an approach to maximize production on a small amount of land through sustainable practices, to create highly productive gardens.

They will also lead the households in the construction and maintenance of the permagardens. PEMTs will be required to complete a 3-day training in Kamuli District.
