Job DescriptionOverview of roleThe Country Manager will work to represent the company in Kenya. The job involves working to manage operations, develop business and increase profitability for the company.
Minimum education, experience and skills.10 years’ work experience
Must be educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably with some financial qualifications or training
A strong understanding of how a business operates and successful candidates will have a proven track record demonstrating their understanding and business acumen.

Capable to effectively manage operations

CDL Human Resource Product Development Manager Vacancies in Kenya
Specific duties & responsibilities
As Product Development Manager, you will guide further processing team that is charged with a product line contribution as a business unit.
You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects.
Manage day-to-day progress of products.
Provides expertise and training to other departments in support of product development.
Conduct marketing analysis to develop product definitions.
Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, marketing and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
Prepares product development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and introduction to market.
Produce competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.
You must enjoy spending time on the shop floor to understand customer problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
You must be able to communicate with staff in all areas of the company including shop floor staff, supervisors and line managers.
Implement KAIZEN Standards and Systems.
You will adhere to the FSSC 22000, QSA and FSA requirements according to the company stipulations
You will participate in any other duties that shall be reasonably assigned by Management from time to time.

Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating the price, completing sales or purchase contracts, explaining provisions, explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing, collects payment, delivers automobile.
Provides sales management information by completing reports.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to the job accomplishments.
Skills and Qualifications:
Degree/Higher National Diploma in sales & marketing or business field
At least 4 years’ experience in a similar environment
Ability to meet Sales Goals
Having motivation for Sales and Selling to Customer Needs
Financial Skills and Documentation
Skills
Must have scheduling skills, Telephone skills, good Listening and excellent Verbal Communication skills
Must have Customer Focus and Job interest

Job Description
The Role: To manage clients, visitors, telephone messages and calls in professional and efficient manner. Also to perform various clerical duties, which support in the presentation and operation of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answering the telephone, directing & screening calls, taking and relaying messages.
Providing information to callers, greeting persons entering the company offices and directing individuals to the correct destination.
Ensuring knowledge of personnel’s whereabouts and maintaining exact and complete sign-out/sign-in procedures for consumers and the staff.
Dealing with queries or requests from the customers and the public.
Providing general clerical and administrative support to the organization.
Preparing letters and documents, receiving and sorting out e-mails and deliveries.
Ensuring that common areas in office premises are equipped with required office supplies as appropriate.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Coordinating the maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
Skills and qualifications
Must have a degree in business related field
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a busy environment
Computer packages knowledge and reporting tools highly desired
Must be organized, exude professionalism in all handling of business relations
Pleasant character and maturity in presentation will be key to securing the position
Strong keyboard skills
Good communication skills and professional personal presentation.
Ability to manage information of employees.
