Overall Mission
The aim of this position is to provide driving and clerical support to the Administration Department in the Country office, while adhering to applicable CBM Standard Operating Procedures.
The job holder may be required to give additional support during office events and field trips as delegated.
The position holder is responsible for to provide driving services and clerical support to the Administration Department in the Country office.
The Driver should comply with the CBM Vehicle Policy which will give guidelines in dealing with vehicles and documentation required.

Job Requirements
Pre-Requisites
Education, Knowledge & Professional Experience
Completion of secondary education
Valid Driving License
Basic mechanical skills certificate
Knowledge of driving rules and regulations
Minimum of 5 years
driving experience in the capital city, and in the various major towns in both urban and rural areas in the country
Certificate of Good conduct from the police
Previous working experience in an INGO environment is an added advantage
Effective communication skills;
Track record of acting with integrity;
An effective team player;
Ability to integrate into a multi-cultural environment.
Reflects CBM values in daily work.
Languages
Good written and verbal English
Local Language (professional proficiency / advantageous
