Minimum Requirements

He/She should be flexible and adaptable enough to work in a multicultural invironment.

Must have at least five (5) years experience of working in a recognized institution;

Must be a member of counselling professional body;

Must be skilled in carrying out needs assessement and program evaluations;

Must have experience in developing curriculum in the counselling field and providing training for peer counselors using experiential learning acitivites based on couseling theories; Above all be a model worth emulating by the peer counselors in training.

Must have understanding and experience in implementing culturally appropriated counseling interventions, including individual group and communidty-based approaches for an

Should be a creative and innovative team player;

Should be a person of integrity, morally upright and mature

Should be able to work under minimum supervision;

Should have excellent team leadership skills;

Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Must have a master's in Counselling Psychology degree from a recognzied University;
