    Our client, Majid Al Futtaim Carrefour, is the largest franchisee of French giant retail group Carrefour, 2nd retailer across the world.

    The Middle East based group is currently operating more than 140 Hypermarkets and Supermarkets in 15 countries, with more than 25 000 employees from 70 nationalities.

    They are seeking to recruit a Graphic Designer

    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
  • Develop the overall layout and production design for various applications such as advertisements, websites, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports
  • Responsible for video editing (assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that’s suitable for broadcasting). The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects.
  • Creation of videos and animations for website and social media
  • Sourcing of stock images and stock videos to be used in content creation
  • Researching and creating content for social media – Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram
  • Assisting with new post ideas
    Define the Yearly Advertising plan and communication strategy For Supermarket and
  • Convenient Stores in the country
    Implement new mechanism
    adapted to “proximity” and “convenient “retail.
  • Maintain the Brand Image of Majid AL Futtaim Retail in the stores.
  • Knowing and understanding the market trends
    Providing suggestions for improvement of the internal guidelines and standards.
  • Set appropriate control mechanism to ensure budget compliance and takes corrective
    Plan and prepare advertising material to support measures when necessary

    Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s in graphic design, Animation, Communications or related
  • 3 years’ experience in the same role
  • High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
