Job Summary Minimum 10 years’ experience in a busy equipment leasing company.
Responsibilities
In charge of management of company’s equipment and maintenance operations Schedules and prioritizes equipment repairs and maintenance as well as assigning equipment to crews and projects Oversees multiple maintenance mechanics, establishes productivity goals and tracks progress of work well knowledge of planning preventive and corrective maintenance of Equipment.
Must be able to successfully supervise troubleshooting, Repair, Overhaul, Replacement of Hydraulics equipment and Electronic Components.
Efficient handling of the operations of shop floor achievement of given targets Implement & monitor processes to ensure quick turnaround time of equipment.
Provide technical and diagnostic support to technicians and supervisor.
Carry out recall campaigns, Coordinate with parts department, vendor, Front office and shop floor efficiently for smooth functioning of workshop.
Ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain good relationship with fleet customer & resolve customer complaints within given Time frame, implement cost reduction measures in the shop floor.
Manage human
resource efficiently and maintain Discipline in the work area.
Monitor technician Productivity Efficiency Utilization, Identify skill Knowledge requirements and recommend for Training programs Motivate staff in ensure optimum manpower efficiency and improved customer service, achieve targets.
Focusing to generate new servicing leads with potential customers and develops better mechanism of new opportunity with existing machines.
He would be responsible to present to management MIS reports, workshop (KPI) Key Performance Reports Product quality information reports etc as and when required.
Monitor upkeep of workshop, Proper maintenance of tools and equipment and resolve any
infrastructural problems in coordination with administration to ensure efficient utilization of facilities and minimize Downtime
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
10 years in leasing/renting and sales of heavy equipment, 3 of which should be in a managerial position.
Expert leasing sales, relationship management, and new business development skills
Considerable knowledge of credit analysis and credit policies and procedures
Advanced knowledge of contract administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
