  • Understand customer business needs.
  • Analyze customer and sales metrics.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Forecast and plan sales.
  • Ensure contract adherence.
  • Align with marketing and branding.
  • Grow customer and partner footprint.
  • Monitor sales segments.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • CIM Membership is a plus.

    Experience:
  • 1-3 years in Sales and Marketing, IT Sales Management, Business
  • Administration, or Relationship Management.
