Role Profile

The purpose of the role of Roving Procurement Officer is to ensure CARE can effectively respond to emerging, urgent field supports as well as being responsive to changing structure.

S/he is expected to fill in staffing gaps, provide technical support/capacity building to field offices when and where needed.

The incumbent is also expected to support Procurement Manager in analyze industry/market trends and evolving technology to ensure continuity of supply and utilize emerging vendors in the markets.
