Job Description
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to oversee the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods throughout the country.
  • The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

    Responsibilities
  • Transport new stocks from the shipping company to the warehouse.
    Count the newly received stocks and ensure they are all in good condition.
  • Regularly dispatch stocks to delivery agents nationwide, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to forecast inventory needs and plan for new shipments
  • Develop and maintain inventory management procedures to ensure accurate and efficient stock management
  • Assist with the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies and provide recommendations to prevent future discrepancies

    Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, inventory management or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be a detail-oriented individual.
