Reporting to Assistant Manager, Strategy and Policy, the selected candidate will be responsible for;Conduct policy analysis and develop evidence-based policy frameworks to support capital markets development and inform legal and regulatory frameworks;
Undertake periodic assessment of external policies that may have an impact in the capital markets and recommend appropriate interventions through policy research and benchmarking;
Design and plan policy roundtables in coordination with the policy coordination and advocacy and participate in working groups and other stakeholder events as and when required;
Participate in the development of annual Memorandum of Capital Markets Policy submissions to the National Treasury;
Prepare post budget analysis of the proposals affecting capital markets after budget reading as and when required;
Implement quality management systems and continuously identify and manage risk;
Review media information and highlight and policy issue that potentially has impact on the development of Kenyan capital markets.
Undertake any other assignments as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Strategic Management, Business Administration, Policy Analysis or any related degree.
Computer proficiency
An additional qualification is an added advantage.
At least one-year experience in policy formulation and analysis.

Reporting to the Legal Manager and Corporation Secretary, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
Drafting and review of contracts and agreements involving CMA.
Providing support through legal opinions and advisory on matters across the various departments at CMA.
Supporting the department in litigation matters.
Helping the department in ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory framework.
Undertake other assignments as assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution
Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
At least two (2) years post admission experience
Experience in drafting contracts for
public procurement is an added advantage

The Capital Markets Authority is a statutory agency charged with the responsibility of regulating and developing an efficient capital market in Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
Manning the Authority’s IT help desk and responds to user requests for assistance;
Installing and configuring desktop computers, laptops and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware;
User account management i.e. user creation, password management etc;
Troubleshooting issues with end point/client equipment, including hardware, network and peripherals; undertaking repairs and corrections where required;
Managing hardware warranty and contracted vendor liaisons for computer and peripheral equipment;
Conducting computer equipment Inventory documentation and maintenance;
Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Escalating complex issues to the senior members of the ICT team
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information
Technology/Computer Science or its equivalent
One-year experience in ICT end-user support
A certificate in A+/N+, ITIL is an added advantage
