Capital Markets Authority Temporary Assistant – Capital Markets Master Plan (cmmp) – 1 Post Jobs in Kenya
Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with quantitative or qualitative research projects on various topics, as directed;
Prepare research reports and presentation of findings to the working groups/implementation committee
Identify and compile information to support evaluations of policy options for consideration by the Implementation Committee
Assist in maintaining databases and compile statistical reports and data summaries for use in policy analyses, research papers, briefings, and reports for working groups/implementation committee
Take minutes during the working group meetings
Prepare progress reports on implementation of the action plans developed by the implementation committee and/or working groups
Rapporteur for any stakeholder engagement workshops held in the course of implementation
Monitor implementation of CMMP and compiling progress reports through tracking of the indicators as stipulated in the CMMP implementation matrix
Assist in writing grant applications as and when required
Provide logistical support in organizing for meetings and/or workshops such as drafting invites, dispatch, follow up on confirmations etc
Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/ Statistics/ Strategic Management/ Business Administration, Public Policy, Law or any other related field.
Computer proficiency

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including making presentations
Ability to support implementation of projects

Capital Markets Authority Office Assistant - HCA/OA/5/2017 (1Post) Jobs in Kenya
Reporting to the Administration Officer, the selected candidate will be responsible for;
Delivering mail and other correspondences as required
Serving tea to staff and external visitors
Performing caretaker’s duties by opening and closing the offices
Providing binding and photocopying services
Undertaking daily inspection of all offices to ensure that any faults are reported
Cleaning kitchenette and tea accessories
Checking and reporting on the cleanliness of offices and washrooms
Performing reception duties when need arises
Undertaking any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum KCSE
mean grade D+
One (1) years relevant experience
Diploma in business management or in a related field is added advantage

Ability to work under pressure
Terms of Employment
This is a One - Year Contract with attractive remuneration and benefits.

Capital Markets Authority Temporary Assistant – Strategic Projects Jobs in Kenya
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support to Project Officer by maintaining project information on the Project Management System.
Updating schedules, project statuses and information on the Project Management system
Handling requests for information and data from the Project Management system.
Preparing/customising reports on the Project Management system.
Carrying out customization of the Project Management system according to the Authority’s requirements.
Involved in research to make the unit perform its duties more efficiently and effectively.
Prepare draft management presentation on Authority’s projects
Prepare draft proposals for alternative funding sources for the Authority
Undertake other assignments as assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Projects Management or any related field.
Experience in administration of any Project management tool will be an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies
Proficient in word processing, data management, spreadsheet, presentation, data analysis and other programs;
Ability to manage and meet stakeholder expectations;
Ability to support implementation of projects.
