ResponsibleProvide support to Project Officer by maintaining project information on Project Portfolio Office (PPO).
Updating schedules, Project statuses and information on PPO
Handling requests for Information and data from PPO
Preparing/ customizing reports on PPO.
Involved in research to make the unit perform its duties more efficiently and efficiently
Undertake other assignments as assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any Information Technology related field or Projects Management
Key skills, Knowledge & Competencies
Good communication skills and teamwork;

Responsible
Conducting fit and proper assessments for key personnel of market intermediaries
Carrying out preliminary review of applications for the issue of Debt and Equity securities such as corporate bonds
Carrying out preliminary review of license applications
Conducting research and preparing legal briefs and opinions
Providing logistical support to the licensing and approvals section
Undertake other assignments as assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B), Criminology or Accounting
Kenya School of Law student

Capital Markets Authority Internships – Investor Education and Public Awareness
Responsible
Assist with administrative tasks in the coordination of workshops, seminars, conferences, exhibitions and road shows designed to create awareness and sensitize the public on capital markets.
Assist with editorial review of education materials such as brochures, posters, newsletters, magazines, books and other publications.
Assist Investor Education Officers with following up on enquiries, confirmations and other general requests for information from investors, other stakeholders and the public are attended to.
Assist Investor Education Officers with maintaining the departmental materials such as the electronic filing system as well as the organizing departmental records and supplies.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following courses: Finance, Communications, Economics, Business or a related field.
Basic computer skills
