This position is responsible for business procurement with a view to growing the ordinary life insurance portfolio in the company.


Your work station will be Nairobi and its environs. You will be stationed at the Head office at Galana Plaza 3rd Floor with a possibility of deployment in other stations as may be advised from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Job Title: Advisor in charge of term life and celebration policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at current individual accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Work with agency manager to analyze and develop opportunities within territory.
  • Develop territory account plans and marketing/promotional strategies for assigned account base.
  • Responsible for complete knowledge of assigned production targets, customer service, and brand representation.
  • Analyze sales data in order to present monthly and quarterly business reviews with select accounts across territory.
  • Develop brand champions by ensuring customers are kept up to date with the latest information on itineraries, pricing and product enhancements.
  • Subject yourself to quarterly performance appraisal as required by management.
  • Be ethical and professional in all dealings with internal and external customers.

    Qualifications

  • An Ordinary Diploma in any discipline
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Kiswahili
  • Ability to learn
  • Analytical knowledge
  • Team player
