Can I Get Grants for Short Term Courses?

I am PhD candidate on Crop Modelling, and will graduate by July 2014. I would like to attend some short courses on Crop Modelling and Agriculture Information Management any were if it possible. Can you please send me more information for any grants for short course in this area? I will appreciate that.
