Can I Find Grant Scholarship for Leadership?

My concern is if I can find a grant similar to African Economic Research Consortium Awards Study in Africa - PhD Fellowships or any known scholarships to study in Adventist University of Africa in Nairobi. I have already started but financially crippled.
