Components of a Complete Application

Copy or certificate of registration, including proof of operation for the three years of registration.

Copy of Constitution/Charter or Statutes of your organisation.

Curriculum vitae of designated representative(s) of the organisation.

Provide financial reports for the past 3 years

Activity reports for the past 3 years in the area of Youth Peace and Security and/or Women Peace and Security. (To provide information per year).

Provide proof of key achievement/concrete indicators of two projects on WPS and YPS

Provide names and contact details of three (3) reference who can support your application

Completed application form.
