Job Purpose:

To achieve agreed sales targets inform of growth in customer deposits, assets, carded customers, new to bank customers, transactional growth, selling digital products among others in line with the business objectives through pro-active selling of the Bank products.

Reports to: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The Relationship officer will deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling & cross-selling the Bank’s products in line with the set targets.

Actively arrange and participate in sales campaigns to meet specific sales targets.

Submit completed account opening forms in line with the Bank policies and requirements.

Cross-sell all Bank products as per set targets.

Attend all meetings as may be required from time to time.

Check the correctness and completion of each new account application and all other customer documents.

Comply with general operational risk requirements e.g., KYC and anti-money laundering regulations

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.

Experience

At least 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in a regulated financial institution.
