Business Research and Development Manager Jobs in Kenya – Regent Management Limited


Regent Management Limited is looking for a Business Research and Development Manager, whose role is sourcing for the business, developing the business strategy and marketing for the company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading in business strategy development and managing its implementation in growing financial position of the business units.
  • Source business development opportunities for income generation for the company
  • Preparing of the annual business plans for decision making and monitoring departmental budgets.
  • Managing Corporate Brand for promotional activities to attract and inform clients
    Identifying and developing forums for client’s to meet their needs
  • Supervising reportees to ensure the set targets and objectives are met
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly business development reports

    Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • Degree Level – Marketing related course, or Real Estate Related Course or equivalent
    K.C.S.E C
  • Post graduate diploma in marketing
  • Master’s Degree in a business related course will be an added advantage.
  • At least 6 years’ experience in business development and marketing
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Sales Acumen skills
  • High level of integrity
  • Registered Real Estate Agent as per Estate
  • Agents Registration Board will be an added advantage
