Business Development Manager (Industrial Heating Solutions) Jobs in Kenya

Our client is energy solutions company dealing with boilers, refrigeration, solar and incineration products.

The firm is looking for a business development manager whose key role is to drive generation and conversion of new business as well as growth in existing customers.

The person will also lead the firms sales and marketing department including development and execution of sales strategy and management of sales team.

The ideal candidate for this role is a person who:

Has 3-7 years previous experience selling hospitals, manufacturing firms and educational institutions;

Has strong background/understanding in engineering solutions sales and marketing;

Has no problem working in a medium sized local business where the person will be considered as a key resource in development of systems and structures;

Open to earn a basic salary, commission on business they have generated from their individual effort and an team based performance incentive.
