Business Development Executive Job in Nairobi Kenya

Our client, the leading Events Management Company in East Africa is urgently seeking to hire a Business Development Executive.

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Key Responsibilities

Meeting potential and existing clients to increase opportunities, market share and revenue within government and corporate organizations

Developing proposals, quotations and tenders for enquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities to meet targets

Working with the event management team to identify new opportunities to deliver innovative event management services

Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new clients.

Attend trade and public events for networking and to secure new business opportunities to create a pipeline of sales opportunities

Job Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

Must have excellent account management and new business development skills

Able to solve problems and present solutions

Good budgeting and forecasting skills

Familiar with online marketing and social media

Strong relationship management skills

Candidates with a background in Events Management are encouraged to apply
