Duties and ResponsibilitiesIt will entail administrative duties including general office administration,
Assets management and inventory.
Planning office accommodation layout
Facilitating logistics for meetings, conferences and other special events
Facilitating movement of assets
Ensuring payment of bills
Collecting and collating data on development projects
Providing input in the monitoring and evaluation of projects in the county government
Facilitating general maintenance of buildings and furniture
Provide input in organizing public participation awareness at the local level
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this position, a candidate must have: -
Be a Kenyan Citizen
A diploma in the following discipline Public Administration, Business Administration /Management, Community Development any Social Science or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution; and
Proficiency in computer applications from a recognized Institution
