Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitating logistics for conferences and other special events

  • Collecting and collating data on development projects

  • Providing input in the monitoring and evaluation of projects in the county government

  • Planning office accommodation layout

  • Facilitating logistics for meetings, conferences and other special events

  • Facilitating movement of assets

  • Ensuring payment of bills

  • Carrying out general maintenance of building and furniture

  • Facilitating transport and travelling services

  • Disseminating information to the public

    For Appointment to this Position a Candidate Must: -

  • Be a Kenyan citizen;

  • Be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree from a university recognized in Kenya in any of the following: Public Administration, Business Administration/Management and Community Development or Public Relations, International Relations, Diplomacy and Marketing or any other social science from a recognized Institution;

  • Certificate in Computer application from recognized Institution

  • Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
