Duties and ResponsibilitiesHandling public concerns and issues
Facilitating Citizens participation in development activities
Collecting and collating data on development activities in the county
Facilitating fleet management
Planning office accommodation layout
Developing and updating of office equipment and furniture inventory
Facilitate meetings, conferences and other special events
Supervising general maintenance and repair of office equipment
Process administrative documents
Supervising provision of security and office services
Supervise records management and messengerial services within various departments
Providing input in organizing public participation awareness at the local level
Requirements for Appointment
Be a Kenyan citizen;
Be a holder of at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a university recognized in Kenya in any of the following: Public Administration, Business Administration/Management and Community
Development or Public Relations, International Relations, Diplomacy and Marketing or any other
social science from a recognized Institution;
Certificate in Computer application from recognized Institution
