Job Description

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.

Prepare and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements with the company’s financial records regularly.

Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

Financial Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

General Ledger Maintenance:

Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries and performing account reconciliations.

Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.

Expense Management:

Process employee expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies.

Monitor and reconcile company credit card transactions.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 Months-1 Year of experience in an accounting or finance role.

Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus.

Skills and Competencies:

Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and

Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
