The key role of a Sales and Marketing Executive is to drive sales and offer the highest standards of customer Service, identify business opportunities and undertake activities that grow the company’s brand and market share.

Responsibilities;


Sales & Revenue growth

  • Provide buyers with details of properties that fit their requirements in terms of price, size and location. Offer buyers a selection of properties available for sale.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales appointments and telesales to ensure all key business opportunities are identified and exploited and also support with key accounts.

    Prospecting

  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets in line with the department budgets and work plans.
  • Determine customer needs –qualify, demonstrate and close deals through clear questioning and active listening.

    Reports

  • Responsible for all sales leads, including connections and ensuring that leads are tracked and converted into sales.

    Sales promotion & Strategy

  • Identify and properly register potential buyers, secure maximum quality viewings, and advisory financial services.
  • Maintain a database of potential buyers.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing activities and performance.
  • Attend to customer queries/ potential buyers and provide timely feedback in a courteous and professional manner.

    Any other duties in line with the job role

  • Keep updated on competitors’ products, prices and specifications by conducting marketing research and market intelligence.
  • Support the Digital Communications Officer by submitting quality product and campaign messages to be shared on the company’s online platforms such as websites, social media etc.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and
    meetings that aim to promote the products of Buildnet.
  • Prepare brochures, leaflets and product content detailing product features, price and specification.
  • Participate in product launches and team building activities
  • Attend Department meeting etc.

    Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or any other related discipline. A professional qualification in Marketing (CIMA) is an added advantage.
  • The job holder must have good interpersonal skills to deal with buyers from a wide range of backgrounds. He/she should possess good negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the property market and trends in the industry.
  • Ability to qualify customers, overcome objections and to close a sale
  • Possess a proven track record in the sales and customer service industry and have the determination to meet and exceed target’s set.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing is required.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills.
